# Model not showing up

If you or your friend's model is not showing up:

* Check if there are any extra-large files in your live2d model runtime folder, if the models are very larger, the progress will take longer.
* If the loading progress got stuck, try re-entering the room and re-uploading
* Keep an eye on the progress bar.
